I-GENERAL CONDITIONS

The general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain and other European Community countries by Ole mi Huerta, hereinafter called "Holder", bound to individuals.

Any order made to the Holder necessarily implies as an essential, decisive and indispensable, the unqualified acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale current Holder of the day that takes place the corresponding order. In addition, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions involve the application of the order to which they relate, and to any subsequent order, except for those cases in which new conditions are brought to its attention by the Holder. The fact that the Holder will not recur at any time to any of these conditions can not be interpreted or equal to renounce recourse to them in the future or the past.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of conditions, and all the acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions contrary to it.

 

II-PRICES

The prices listed by the Holder are in Euro and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order, any change in VAT rate will be applied automatically to price products for sale. The customer can also pay in British Pounds, in order to calculate the amount in Pounds the system converts the Euro amount into Pounds at the rate currently available in the system, hence the final amount in pounds can change from time to time according to the Euro-Pound rate fluctuation.

The offers on products for sale are displayed in the "Offers" or indicate in the product details and, if not otherwise stated, are valid while displayed on the screen.

 

III-PAYMENT METHODS

Currently available payment methods are bank wire/deposit, card and PayPal.

 

IV-PRODUCT

To provide the best product, the oranges are harvested when they are at their optimum ripeness and have the right quality.

In case of not having enough product available or that their quality is not adequate, the Holder shall notify customers who have made orders and reserves the right to cancel or modify the order based on product availability and the agreement with the customer.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and not binding in any way the seller.

 

V-ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

Apart from Spain, orders dispatched to other EU countries like France, Germany, England. To know exactly to which countries we can ship to, at the time of ordering will be shown a drop-down list of destination countries. Except to the Balearic Islands, we do not dispat to other islands (such as Canary Islands, Corsica, Sicily, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, etc.) due to its cost; however if you still want to place an order to an island please contact us to see what can be done.

To minimize as possible the transit time since harvesting till your home delivery at home, orange shippments to mainland destinations will be made on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be order shipment and delivery. For other destinations, shipments are made on Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

In the shipping days, orders received after 12:00pm will be processed the next shipping day (if you arrive before 16:00pm and if it is possible, we will try to process it for the same day). The customer can always cancel the order if he calls us before 13:00 pm of the delivery day (if you call you later we will try to access to your request but is not guaranteed).

Meanwhile, the Holder to process your order may contact you to confirm the data, in case of doubt, and if the order has not been paid, the Holder reserves the right to suspend the order.

Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address listed in the order, the item will be shipped via courier with next day delivery to mainland Spain destinations (within 24 hours unless weather or other causes of force majeure events) and 2 to 5 days for other countries. At the time of ordering the system will show the estimated transit time in days.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages and the customer signs the delivery slip. The client must check the condition of the goods receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery slip.

Invoices are available for download on the Holder's website in the "My Account, My Orders" section.

Shipping charges are already included in the final price of oranges for shipments to Spain and Portugal.

Shipments outside of Spain and Portugal have an extra shipping cost, which will be shown by the system at the time of placing the order (for this reason and to avoid address errors please check if the destination country is correct before confirming the order).

 

VI-ORDER RECEPTION

For your safety, our orange boxes are closed.

If at the time of receipt the box is open, broken or in poor condition, you can reject it stating the reason on the delivery slip of the carrier. In this case, please contact the Customer Service and we will try to send you a new box free of charge.

 

VII-COMMITMENT TO QUALITY, RETURNS

If not satisfied with oranges received, please contact the Customer Service within a maximum 72 hours from receipt to process the refund or sending a new box free of charge.

 

VIII CONFIDENTIALITY AND SAFETY

Both your personal data such as payment data travel through a secure connection protected by SSL.

The Holder guarantees the protection and confidentiality your information as indicated in the Legal Notice.
